Spring means everything blooms

I never noticed it until now, but the plants we have in our house are very descriptive of our personalities. As you enter the back door of our house, you'll come to a small palm-type tree. That represents my life, I lived in El Centro, an arid environment with many palm trees. The next pot has cactus and succluents, native to Latin America, just like my wife's ethnic background. The last plant you come to before entering is a small rose bush; this is Shannon's favorite plant and very much describes her love for tradition and romance. Finally, upon entering the kitchen, you'll find a pot full of 3-leafed clovers. That's me, Irish through and through. Then, of course, there's Shannon, for whom this post is named. ~Mike
